As the dehulled grain exits the roller, the remaining husk and powder are removed by the blower and discharged through the cyclone separator. The dehulled mixture then falls by gravity onto the reciprocating sieve unit, which consists of two sieves.
The upper sieve separates grains with gota, while the lower sieve isolates dal. Brokens are collected in a pan beneath the sieves. The machine is designed with three separate outlets for dal, gota, and brokens.
Finally, the grain with gota is transferred to the screw conveyor, where oil or water can be evenly applied as needed.
