The Mist-O-Matic Seed Treater is a laboratory and seed processing device used to apply fungicides, insecticides, or protective chemicals uniformly on seeds. It uses a fine mist spray system to ensure even coating without damaging seeds. Widely used in seed testing laboratories and agricultural research for accurate seed treatment.

Main Components:

• • Seed Measuring and Feeding Unit:
  • Hopper Capacity : 100 kg (depends on seed size and density)
  • Level is controlled by a “High accurate precision Sensor”.
  • Machine housing with rubber or PU moulded Peddler is used for accurate feeding and to eliminate any possibility of seed damaged during feeding.
  • High precision Geared Motor for Peddler movement.

Main Disc and Shell :

• Cast steel and machined disc.
• Shell size :200 x 160 mm (D x H).
• Top surface of the disc has to be Rubberized (PU coating). Perfect angle matching between Main disc and base. To prevent seeds accumulation at this zone and damages to the seeds.
• Less than 0.5 mm gap on radius of the base and disc.
• Dual seal protection for bearing to prevent any chemical entering in to the bearing housing.
• Motor for disc rotation peristaltic pump.
• SS 304 Shell for long life.
• Auto Dump gate
• Equipped with Pneumatic cylinder for opening and closing of the gate- Upon completion
• Treatment gate should open automatically to send the seed out of the machine.
• Perfect matching with the shell with absolutely no gaps.

• No leakages whatsoever. Extra chemical pipes to be provided as spare — 2 Nos. along with machine.
