Description
The machine is designed for the quick and efficient determination of paddy shelling quality. It allows easy and rapid shelling of paddy samples with high efficiency. The unit is self-contained and operates on the principle of friction to shell both wet and dry paddy samples. A timer is also provided for controlled operation.
The Rice Sheller is designed for tabletop mounting. It features a spring-loaded feed gate that helps prevent damage in case small stones or metal objects are accidentally introduced with the grains. A collector is included for gathering rice husk and other hulls, useful for further analysis and pollution control.
The machine is powered by a single electric motor and includes a safety guard to prevent accidents. Additionally, an aspirator is integrated to remove husk and hulls efficiently. The shelling mechanism uses a combination of rubber rolls and a hardened steel cutter to process the sample accurately.
