The Fine Cleaner, also known as an Air Screen Cleaner, is a critical machine in any seed processing plant. It performs precise cleaning and grading of seeds, ensuring the final output consists of thoroughly cleaned and accurately graded seeds. The machine separates seeds into multiple grades, allowing each to be collected separately.
Functioning as the core component of a seed processing line, the Fine Cleaner operates on the principle of aerodynamic separation. A powerful stream of air flows across the seed stream—from the feeding hopper through the screens—to remove light impurities such as chaff, dust, glumes, broken seeds, and light or immature seeds.
