Description
Grain or seed material is loaded into the main storage bin using buckets attached to a bucket elevator. The elevator is powered by a motor located on the top platform, and a ladder is provided for accessing this platform, allowing for easy inspection of components such as the fine/coarse cylinder, feed control, and weighing bin.
The bucket elevator consists of a series of buckets mounted on a chain or belt that rotates around a bottom pulley—where the buckets are filled, typically with paddy—and a top pulley, where the material is discharged.
